    Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, and MasterCard,. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. . Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.     Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10-15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions on how to pay using one of these methods.

    You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused. Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc does not ship on Sunday. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

    The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the products availability plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select. Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on Sundays.

    Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

    Products may be returned to Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. for replacement or refund in the following manner:

    Returns to Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number (RA#). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. The RA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product you do not need an RA #, just return with a note and we will replace it. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. All product returns from the Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. stores must be sent to the following address: Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc.     All requests for technical service and support may be made directly to Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. . If we are not able to assist you we will try to refer you to the manufacture's technical support.

    You agree that any legal action brought against Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Direct Distributions Enterprises, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Nassau County New York.
